Phantasmoon is the magical_girl parody form of Arcueid_Brunestud in Tsukihime, Kagetsu_Tohya and Carnival_Phantasm, she has her own anime which is highly enjoyed by Neco-Arc Evolution.
She has an extremely powerful attack called Marble Phantasm which is always a one-shot kill. However if it fails, she simply smashes her enemy with her Magic Wand or punches them in the face.
She wields medea_(fate)'s Staff, which she stole.
