With that, Closure had made the first successful sell of that product! ... For legal reasons she had to warn that the product was still experimental and that unexpected effects could happen, but the Doctor didn't seem to care much about that, already focused on calling who was going to clearly be the target of that item from the very moment he heard what it did.
And so, the recently promoted Penance had been summoned to his office. She was still very happy about that honor and was interested to see if a new mission awaited her...
When he told her what the item on the desk was for she understandably panicked, too risky! How could just pressing a button do a change like that anyways?
Before she could run away, a beam of light coming from that box had impacted her... Penance froze in place, unable to move or think while her body was being modified, improved, optimized...
5 long minutes later, a "training completed!" Sound came from that tool, and in front of the Doctor a girl taller than the room and with legs thicker than the door was there. She hurried to cover her now gigantic breasts with an arm, all while struggling to stay in a comfortable position in a place not fit in the slightest for her new size.
"Uh... whoops! Sorry Penance!"
Closure was now at the scene of that mess and didn't know what to do, that was certainly not an expected outcome! She and the investigation team started taking pictures and blood samples from a very embarrassed Penance, completely unable to hide anything with that size... meanwhile the Doctor was slapping her fat ass and begging her for a full body titfuck... pervert!
3 months passed since then and still no solution has been found. In the meantime Penance was moved to a massive undeground storage room at Rhodes Island (RIP all the walls she destroyed in the process of getting there) where she can't do much more than wait for a fix to her problem... and give the titfucks the Doctor asked. "I'm so sorry Penance, the Doctor is so horny for you he refuses to give us instructions if you don't please him first!" This is hopeless...
