ey yo, just givin' the context since i used to follow the artist!!: this isn't Intended to be genderswap porn, tldr: their steven is depicted as trans and was assaulted. "after that night" refers to said assault, hence the bruises, blood, etc.
source: their pokepasta art is still up in pixiv logs. the image and comic that precede this are up there. saw the art when it was uploaded
tldr: this is great for art preservation, bad for porn imo lol

(Also yeah, I agree about last part. You can say I uploaded this to give awareness about the artist, because their art is honestly amazing, it slaps, I don't know why they deleted their twitter though...)
