Ay, technically they didnt need to. The regulations apply to any action that could result in a child, and this is anal. Liberty willing, command wont reprimand these two, other than the fact they are wasting time on these activities instead of fighting on the Terminid front.

With reproduction currently banned, I see people are taking advantage of loopholes.
(Friend and I discussed whether or not condoms or birth control would allow for vaginal sex under these circumstances, or if that 0.5-5% change of failure would mean a no go. Would be interested in others' thoughts on it.)

^ Iirc the window explicitly states “ANY ACTION THAT *COULD* RESULT IN A CHILD.” I don’t think discrepancies or loopholes would apply. Anal sex or oral wouldn’t result in a child, but going in the pussy with birth control and a condom would still require a C-01 form. Because even though the chance is low, it’s not a flat 0%.

While unlikely, I'd bet that all sexual acts between two people who could produce children together would be currently banned. For Equality's sake, all sexual acts between people who CAN'T produce children together are also banned.

It could, so there’d probably be some sort of regulation on how you fuck someone. I think when it comes down to how you fuck, their main priority is making sure they have the resources available if pregnancy was to occur. Other than that, it would probably end up like Moral Orel and say “missionary the only way to go” or something similar. I don’t think sex as a whole is banned in Helldivers, I just think it’s regulated heavily considering the amount of planets Super Earth has.
