While I understand the sentiment and agree, I think you failed to account for the square cube law.
For example, the tallest man to ever exist was 270 meter tall and weighted circa 200 kg. But he was still disproportional to the average man.
If we account for the square cube law it would be something like this:
If we take a 160 cm tall woman that weights about 60 kg and scale that exact woman up to 5 meters tall. Her body density would stay the same, only the volume would increase. Her new height would then be 3.13 times taller than her original (5 divided by 1.6). But considering she would be bigger in every direction her volume would be 3.13^3 of the original. Meaning she'd weight 3.13^3 times her original weight, leaving her at a staggering 1831kg (4037 lbs).
I also wanna know where the 38 in your equation came from.
In the end, giantesses are hot and if the dick doesn't work, I'd get creative.
