Occasionally Yellow Pikmin choose to wear rubber garments on their legs and arms, I theorize this is to prevent electricity from shocking other Pikmin that they may come into contact with. Yellow Pikmin conduct electricity and occasionally release small jolts of it. Pikmin are naturally social creatures, but they also avoid what could easily kill them, due to the lethal nature of electricity it seems Yellow Pikmin have taken a social precaution. Unfortunately I have no explanation for the makeup and choker, perhaps they are for some further form of protection?
