*Cannot stress enough that this is a, very interesting take, given in the original canonical lore of Bash Vanuka:* Cortex originally LOVED CARMEN (Tawna's beta name) who was the only furry woman that he didn't loathe, or eat...However, Tawna ultimately loved Willy's (Crash's Beta Name) good and honest going nature...So as a time plotting twist...Cortex, like the Super Genius Incel he is, pulled a Brainac by ceasing Tawna's free will, plus those airpods would have furthered the mind break to be just as petty with a seal of approval N (Negative) and Cortex monitored for every impossible counter measure that could be mustered (not to underestimate Cortex as he's scary enough to discover new elements as seen in CTR, and harness underrated esoteric lore forces to create his army after all)...But due to Tawna's own unprecedented sheer will to hold on a second longer, she had a moment of spilling what is ACTUALLY going on with her...Eventually, Cortex fails AGAIN...Not out of hubris this time, and it wasn't also wasn't a very light hearted defeat. Attacking Crash's Heart was not enough as all the fucking came undone, with the timeline's being restored for even better fates to add salt to the mad doctors wound...
This is now all in Le Head of Cortex now...An absurdist possibility he thinks would have been possible if something went differently...Not knowing that karma inevitably comes full circle, regardless of his cynical and literal ceasing of such concepts...Now being stuck in cosmic inception prisons that Cortex has no chance of winning, for...Crimes against EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING, really...Also for being a capital letter PS for Psycho Simp.
