I take it these, much like dryapples can't change back by getting watered.

@Shy-Griff- Yup, both are stuck as pokemon at that point, that said, both evolutions can only happen when the person is in their right state of mind and willingly do the actions needed for the evolution. Simply put, a Sapple can't be forced or tricked into evolving.
