I have a friend who has a pet fox in the Midwest. It’s domesticated, sure, but only when it’s outside in its enclosure. And the smells are horrid according to him.

My grandpa lived In a bayou-like area and was having problems with rats. His buddy literally fished a fookin' anaconda by accident and gifted it to my grandpa.
Long story short, he had NO problems with mouses for months and the snake was more than happy to stay there for easy meals until one day it just came back to the water.
