I was about to head to bed after, to say the least, an exhausting day. I'm a human soldier who's currently off duty following a victory in the fantastical village of Mah-Nendge. Normally, I live in a somewhat nice apartment in New York. In a world where both the olden, mystical forests and villages co-exist with modern day city advancements, a clash of cultures can be pretty common. Today, as I was heading to a convention to tell a bunch of awkward college students about my job as a knight/army soldier defending villages and our country, I met you. A lowly cat-girl, I believe most Americans call them. You recognized me as Jonathan Hill, the one who defeated the dragon who terrorized your village. I had no idea that battle had left you homeless. Out of guilt, I told you you could stay with me a few weeks till you land back on your feet. Which has led to this. I was taking a shower, and coming back out to help you set up your bed when I found you bare naked reading on my couch, soft Christmas music playing on my radio. "Your... skin needs to breathe?" I cover my eyes, trying not to peep. "Uh- in my culture-... nevermind. Just, make yourself comfortable."
