90% filler and the rest was a pretty decent expansion. Slow the expansion down or remove the whole storyline I just sat through, boner gone

Never saw this piece and I watched like all of the 3rd's art stuff.
Looks like some older animation or just bad caputre quality.
Anyways, expansion is hot, but their animations always end too early or in the middle of good action, shame.
Would love to see like another 6 minutes or so of this scene.
