I mean, not to be a nerd emoji, but the "zombies" in Left 4 Dead aren't even undead. They're infected humans by a virus that does rapidly decay flesh and leaves in them in a permanent waking nightmare state.
There's actually an issue with that, they're not going to give a shit if you're going to "give them pleasure." You'll just get yourself killed, they're ALL hostiles. Even then, the chance of you (or I) being a carrier would be kinda low, but depends on genes I suppose. ANOTHER thing, Special Infected, the Witch will rip you apart, the Tank will crush you, Smoker will choke you, Jockey will.. Nevermind Jockey. Hunter will absolutely pounce and rip your ass apart. As well finally, the common are terrifying, they will horde you. Beating you to the ground, and I think maybe even bite you.
