Well technically the amount of semen could have killed him and all, but in my drawings logic is not that important. There are varieties of drawings with a large amount of semen exaggeration, so No. the son did not die but possibly he turned out as the image says.
Although if I had added logic, the son might have had a horrible death. Oh, I don't know, well, maybe there are too many sick people who like this. i guess
