if Konami printed this card it would see zero competitive play. it does not synergize with ANY XYZ strategies or search cards because of its type, attribute, or name. it ALSO has summoning requirements that can't be put on the field as a material in a tournament-legal standard. the control effect seems powerful, but it's completely worthless when you take into account the only method of getting her out on the field: cheating out of the extra deck. ass card. 0/10.
