Nope this was actually in the game for quite some time now, I believe it was in the final level (that's been released so far) where there were multiple doors to go into and you had to complete each "trial" and this was one of them, also I believe this is still being made and according to dlsite the full game is supposed to be released in late December of this year

The comment before mine is somehow outdated lol. A new level was posted around May, so it is definitely not the final level.
Also, I don't really remember anything about it being finished in December. After all, the dev said something along the lines of "it takes a year for a new level," and they are currently making a new level as of 9/14/23 with 6 animations and a boss.
Sounds like it's gonna take a while.

16851170 yeah it definitely may be outdated, but the last version I knew about had that as a last level with multiple challenge rooms and this animation was in one of them where you got turned into that animal, I wouldn't be surprised if there has been more content since then
