if I remember correctly, Dragonsnow and Dragontim are the same person, just two different names.
I'm assuming that Dragonsnow/tim made the image from the post, since (as far as I know) there isn't any other sprite artist.
but to be honest, haven't really look at official Changed stuff much since 2021, so my information could be wrong.
