I've got to say, this artist's joruney and how much their art has improved in like 5 years makes me want to take up a pen and lear how to draw. Sadly, my hand shakes too much and even the most basic of basic drawing tablets would cost me as much as groceries for few months...

You should practice with the pen and paper first before spending anything on hardware. Especially considering your described problem with shaky hands, you can buy a notebook and pack of pencils anywhere and try drawing for cheap. Blowing out money on some expensive just for you to find out it may not even be a thing for you is downright stupid. I guess you could get some "cheaper" tablet for ~$70 but you also described having fiancial problems so I'm not sure if 70 is still within your budget.
