In a hundred percent complete honesty: I've always seen BotW/AoC/TotK Link and Zelda as having more of a sibling dynamic than a romantic one. Zelda's got major Little Sister Energy with telling him to stop following her when she's pouty and telling him to try eating this frog to see what happens when she's in a good mood, and in the cutscenes Link demonstrates a lot of concern and consideration for her, but never really gives off any vibes of being attracted to her, so he's very easy for me to read as a doting older brother.

BotW/ToTK Link and Zelda are super close and could be romantic but it's like, never really there if it makes sense. It definitely can be something you can infer but that's up to the player more than how they're presented in game. I say the most romantically involved they got was in Zelda 2 and that was only during the ending lol.
