This iconic image of Duke Nukem covering Lara Croft's breasts comes from a gaming magazine called "Next Generation", it was used as a cover for one of its issues.
Funnily enough, a company called Embracer Group bought the rights for Tomb Raider (as well as its developers Crystal Dynamics and Eidos) and Duke Nukem (as well as its developer Gearbox Software) few years ago. I guess this means that this, along with Lara Easter egg in Duke Nukem 3D, is canon. Lol
