We can be certain that at most 60 health is missing, since any more would show up in the displayed hearts, given 5 hearts aren't golden this gives a range of 415 to 475 health, quite a lot more than "a rouge slime" would realistically be a threat at given the weaponry necessary to get life fruit to start spawning without an absolutely ridiculous amount of skill or explosives
