Im a bit more than simply castrated but
1. Its pretty cool.
2. Sex is pretty good. Im still very sensitive, feels pretty nice. T helps too.
3. For me it feels very intense, Ive never had such powerful orgasms preop.
4. Theres not much left to get hard, but what is there has a hair trigger basically. I also get wet really easily too.
5. There is a lot of liquid throughout the whole sordid affair. What comes out after an orgasm for me is clear and not as thick as cum, but I know other people on more testosterone can make normal cum too. Theres a fair amount of the stuff though.
6. Most people get on HRT, and have fairly normal libidos. My libido is strong to hysterical most days.
