Nope, for a giant list of reasons
- current density spread through bodies of water, look up liquid estim( turns out this is actually a real thing!), look up Dennis Burks in Japan( people intentionally shock themselves in water with far higher power levels), also current paths in general aren't all going thru your heart in any serious density in this scenario. Internal resistance is still high, just don't obtain a major wound with a needle or something sticking in your chest( the only way to get micro currents to actually hurt someone)
There's reasons why electric eels and catfish have to be right up on prey to shock it in serious amounts to stun it

Some of us who have been into this for decades have studied safety in all aspects, to go about it safely. Though we're also talking a Pikachu, and never once have their zaps in water killed anyone after hundreds of shocks, also, lol.
