The creator of this video, didnt create the voice acting or animations. What he did was using a recoding tool on a skyrim modpack, that is widly availeable through Wabbajack.
His patreon does not give money to the actual animators or voice actors. You can create this yourself by downloading wabbajack yourself, its not even difficult, and free if you already own skyrim AE

well, i estimate it takes a few hours for 15minutes of footage. you gotta find background, set up lighting, turn on/off specific settings in sexlab, cycle through thousands of animations, deal with crashes/trouble shooting, then you gotta edit it together. often times you wanna make sure the grunts and moans dont get cut off. but overall, the technical skill is a little lower compared to maybe
people that useother people's models in blender. probably a lot of people using arho angel models for example and charge.

There's a ton of work involved into creating good looking Skyrim videos. First of all, the modded game the creators have is personal and unique. The mods are selected and installed one by one. Is not a Wabbajack pack or anything. Each one of us has their own unique modded game. That means we have to make all the mods work without conflicts. All related to how the characters look, the HDT physics, the Sexlab framework, etc. Recording, editing and rendering a proper video 10 mins long can take between 5-6 hours, and that's my case. I can't even imagine how much work other creators have to do considering some of them even hire professional female actresses for them. Or they even script characters and events for their videos (Like CHRS). We also support the animators (Like Bilys and Anubs) for their work.
You can do whatever you want with your money. But please do not question the amount of effort and time we put into this. It's not easy.
