I mean, men can. I really don't see why it's so bad for women. I guess it's perhaps because men might not be able to behave themselves?
But dude like that are gonna do shit, regardless. I personally think ladies should be able to free their breasts if they want, and I am not just being pervy, like they should be allowed to if they want. Perhaps I am just being naïve?

Yup, I think that it would lead too some situations that would be at least unpleasant, and dangerous at worse.

You're not wrong, MrFalloutFan. It's only idiot men who would take that as an open invitation, and they're the type to take a smile as flirting or a short skirt to be provocative. Nothing will ever discourage those arseholes. It is hypocritical that men can walk around shirtless and in shorts, while if a woman isn't wearing a burqa she's "asking for it."
