Farmer Bob didn't take too kindly to the two hikers who decided to trespass on his land, especially after they sassed him and told him to piss off. So now, he has decided to punish them by tying them together, naked. At first, he was going to let them go afterwards, but no, he liked what he saw, and decided that since the 'No Trespassing' signs obviously weren't working, then maybe the sight of these two girls would. It would at least make people think a little. Anyway, he talked it over with the local sheriff, who was fine with it as long as he kept it civil. The punishment for trespassing was public humiliaton after all, so it all fit in with the codes.
