@BigusDickus9: Well, Porn is Porn, so there is no real reason t justify it, but.....where did you see that Jacob and Miranda are a couple? I know that if Shepard doesn't romance either Garrus or Tali they eventually end up a couple, but I have never seen anything similar for Miranda/Jacob.
@chup@cabra: It happens before the ME2 events. I think its Jacob the one who talks about it. If you ask him about Miranda in one of his conversations he tells you they had a relationship but it doesn't work so they break up. It's also mentioned in one of the mass effect comics i think where Jacob and Miri stop a batarian terrorist organization in the Citadel.
