Full Game just released on DLSITE with a patch from the Dev's blog so I've heard. So far it's okay, lots of SEEEGGGGGGGGS UWOOOOOOGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH but there's also a few brutal deaths here and there that you can turn off in the options. If you want "Uncensored" and "Translation" mods you can go to a certain Zone to find it.
