^ Well the Sombra's hack would cancel the ability, so you'd be freed once again and be able to ping.

Now, I've obly ever played the game once (in a friendly server), but I think that it'd actually be kinda balanced! Just, keep the chat capabilities. I know they're out for the porn logic, but having a commital option like that, being able to boost healing only for one person at a time, and being able to consistently heal them at that increased rate? Just keep the chat in and you'd be able to coordinate amazing pushes!
