When you get the "Ciri becomes a Witcher" ending, she tells Geralt she has "contracts" for monsters. Though this is technically true, she always leaves out what kind of contracts they are. Rich noblemen pay to watch as monsters fuck her without mercy.

This would definitely be motivation for me to become a witcher too tbh, Instead of hunting them down I would just offer them some "service" in exchange for going to another area. They would get to escape while I get to be utterly ruined~!
