In an alternate universe of THH everyone had given into the Despair Junko laid out for them, Aoi, Yasuhiro, Byakuya, Toko and even Kyoko all turned their back on Makoto to survive, letting him take the execution while all five of them live forever in the school, being fed and given all they need to survive... Sadly for them Junko didn't tell them exactly what the deal was, slowly the five were forced to watch as a storm of Monokuma men and women came inside of the school, standing in formations and lines completely naked... It was obvious what was about to happen but even so the five didn't want to believe it, sure they maybe able to live their lives in the school but for the rest of eternity the Monokuma mask wearers wouldn't be holding back on them, randomly dragging them off to the side to forcefully have sex with each of them, Byakuya and Yasuhiro forced to penetrate multiple girls in a single day while Toko, Kyoko and Aoi are used as fucktoys by the men roaming the school, the Despair quickly setting in as they tried their best to get free, begging to Makoto and pleading for him to forgive them, finally realising now that the consequences came back at them that they truly made the wrong choice...
