Actually loli is just Japanese for "little" so I think loli is a catch all that applies for both actual little girls and little people(really short adults). Perhaps we should just stop using the word loli since people don't understand the difference between little girls and petite underdeveloped women in anime. Under aged girls should just referred to as under aged girl.Short stacks are short adult women who are stacked with curves and aren't small in all ways.And women who are small and grown up but aren't stacked like a short stack are just petite. Ironically(petite is just french for little who would have though we can't avoid describing little women as little.)

It is not a word for little people, it's a term for girls who are underaged or look so. I'd love to see your source for it meaning, considering the word originates from a book by Vladimir Nabokov where he uses it specifically for women under 18.

Short doesnt equal loli, what matters is the proportions. If its small everything then its disgusting loli shit.
