@Briana My headcanon is that Betty was the ultimate Toon Town eye candy for years, until one day Jessica's ridiculously massive tits appeared and stole the spotlight. Betty is looking for ways to get revenge ever since. And though it's nigh impossible to cause permanent damage to a toon, they can feel pain, and so taking a mallet to Jessica's tits does provide her with a little comfort.
