Bro blake has no change she's lucky Yang is a character who has an even worse arc. The only one with an actual character from team RWBY is Weiss and her arc is still pretty mid but atleast she had some development.

Before this whole comment section gets nuked and locked; all four of the protagonists have character, they have changed, and they have arcs, both completed and finished ones. The only reason you think character X or Y are bad is because you have one opinion or two about them and that's it. And opinions aren't facts.
