Ha, someone thinks I actually animate this stuff XDIt's literally just a few shots I took in game with this podgirl (you can find her on a rock sharing a "kiss" with Pregnator) a piece from that "famous" scene in Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem. I absolutely don't mind if real artists take on Duke Nukem stuff. After all, we need more DN related porn :)

Iirc the second half is from Alien Vs Predator 2 and that pregnant woman is about to have a very very bad time, like the other I think 3? in that hospital when the predalien is done there
