aye i gotchu, not exactly the most knowledgeable, but i do know that her handguard is incorrect, atleast it should be. m16a1 is supposed to be the first version i believe, so the picatinny rail handguard is not exactly accurate if you were to take a m16a1 from the time period of like vietnam. maybe you could turn a m16 into something like this, but arent gfl guns supposed to be like, mostly unmodded and more what you would actually see as a service rifle? dunno if im fully correct, so if anybody with more knowledge sees this, do correct me

and also, i dont think a 5 rounder would work with a m16, maybe mag was supposed to be a 10 round but dunno

The weapon she holds is inacurrate to real life, but it seems to be a modified M16A3/4 although she is named M16A1. It is not a 5 round mag, thats a 25 STANAG, and no, its not pump action, the thing you see is a stubby grip from an unknown brand

in my opinion foregrips fuck the look up if it still has the carry handle on it. dont know why it makes me feel that way, but if its a later a3/a4 with just rails on top, then it looks good with one
