People can ship whoever the fuck they want. Don't criticize artists for choosing the wrong ship. That doesn't exist. Nothing would be more boring than seeing the 2 same characters interact in every single piece of work

tbh in the LNs, Rerugen/Lergen is far more of a peer to Tanya than Visha is. I think it's a decent ship, apart from the fact that Tanya seems openly avoidant towards being with anyone romantically (in part due to her internal/external disconnect with regard to gender)
