At least in modren society, we can't die of some radomn unindeifited diease or at least me and my people wouldn't be killed by Oooga Bounga of the Shounga tribe
Imagine being in the jungle in caveman times where people were free to have prehistoric butt sex all naked with nothing but stone tools, strength, and cunning. Sounds like paradise
I'd just like to point out that dick size has actually gotten SIGNIFICANTLY larger on average as time has gone on. Also the parasites and disease running rampant in prehistoric man often left them dying slow, painful deaths via wasting diseases. Modernity might not be great but it's a helluva lot better than what came before.
Our lives are better overall then the lives of cavemen. People have rights instead of just the rich nobility, we can treat a lot of diseases and perform surgeries that have low chances of infection/death, and we have houses that provide great shelter from the outdoors so we dont have to worry about some wild animal killing us in our sleep.
