Might want to get your eyes checked. This isn't 60 fps. This isn't even 30fps. This is 20fps.The problem is especially with old animation gif animations that the originals were 10fps due to file constraints.

Point still stands tho, interpolation is only well done by hand. AI interpolation will always ruin a 2d animation because the AI has no awareness of the actual motion, it just procedurally finds the most likely in-between for two images (frames). You can tell it doesn't understand what it's doing at all just by looking at the bandages on her arm.
