Neo, I ask cause Im really curious (plus its my favorite part of a bdsm relationship), but how would the hospital as well as your femdom society handle aftercare? Do they have an aftercare ward? There wouldn't be an aftercare ward because aftercare for any treatment is part of that treatment itself. I tend to avoid a scene of women inflicting pain for no reason (not at all a fan of the men *deserve* punishment angle, I prefer at least some context or infliction of pleasure) so virtually all the scenes could be followed up by a cooldown period like what you describe.
