I have played with suffocating myself in various ways for years and like another commenter, have almost died from it. It's no fucking joke and can be addictive. You do feel like you're falling asleep and you sometimes can barely scramble weakly enough to undo whatever contraption you've got going on to cut off air / blood flow to save yourself. Please, it isn't worth the O. If you really need it have someone you trust help you if you can.
I just got really good at holding my breath. It's still good, and a lot less risky, given that your brain is programmed to force you to start breathing again if you're too close to the edge.
i tried doing this, god did it feel good but it felt so terrible at the same time, i could only last 5 seconds or less, my body would just start to shake and everythhing was going dark i felt so good but after getting it off i wanted to cry from how bad it was
