Actually, I think this is a reference to a character from an episode in Dexter's lab. I can't remember who, but the POV we see the character 'who's a wife' bend down is Dexter, and 'xxx's Trophy' is written, like it is here, on her voluptuous cheeks. No, Dexter's Mom isn't the character.

Barbra, in the show, works in a Tacco reestaurant and that's her uniform. The art was inspired from a scene in an episode in 'Dexter's Lab'. The link takes you to said character.

To the anon who figured it out, its from the episode Nuclear Confusion. Dee Dee hid Dexters nuclear core and decided to make a game out of it. One of the clues led to visiting the Neighbor Lady. She dropped a cookie and the words Dads trophy were written on her ginormous ass. Like, really. Those cheeks are far larger than her entire upper torso.
