Crazy idea, but since the porn industry always leads these things, why not put each type of sound on a separate channel, and let people turn them on and off. The technology is already there, except for the easy switching channels on/off withing a web player... Some like when you hear both, some are more picky, why not BOTH?

Another vote for the male moans. The voice is fitting, it's not obnoxious, and its apt for the character. Adds to the video more than it detracts.
