Such a bummer, they totally wasted her character. Nobody, not even the genius Bulma is all that curious about her situation and the dual identities thing. Like did she steal something from a powerful witch and cursed for it? Is the nice, dark haired one the fiction she got saddled with and her true thuggish self is only released from being a prisoner in her own body occasionally because of a sneeze? Think of all the development or reveals the characters in this series could have if we did not have to focus on Goku all of the time.

To be fair though, Dragon Ball dipped in quality after the Frieza Saga, so it's not like Launch missed out on much.
