Since some of you guys may not be familiar with this anime, I have some context. Lily, the girl, is responsible for putting a monster hex on her classmate, the protagonist. She is a witch, and was going to turn him into a familiar using a hex she bought from a merchant. Turned out to be the wrong hex and instead of making him a familiar, he is now that monster. Monsters need to feed off energy from humans to live in the human world, and because hentai logic, that energy can be most easily collected from having sex with a witch. The night before, when the spell was put on him, he was saved by their teacher, who is also a witch, but Lily was still in the room and inhaled the monster's pheromones, which cause witches to become charmed by the monster, making them as reliant on its energy as it is on theirs. Lily found her classmate at school the following day, and is now trying to make amends for her basically screwing up his entire life in one fell swoop. The outfit she's wearing is her witch outfit.
Also, she refers to him as "commoner" because she comes from a royal bloodline and is basically the popular stuck up bitch of the school (And yes, she's only mean because she's secretly in love with the protagonist, yay for cliches.)
