@5716166 it's White City because the opposite is Black Forest and it's a reference to yin and yang because White City is only found in Pokmon Black and Black Forest is only found in Pokmon White just like yin and yang which has a white dot on the black half of the symbol and a black dot on the white half that symbolizes the light that is in darkness and the darkness that is in light.
