To add to anon2: it's already confirmed that the S Support on heroes doesn't generate a romance. So no, it doesn't count. Caeda loves Marth regardless of whether you want

The source is the FEH Manga, that is released by IS lol. That said, the scene is just a reference to what a S Support is on other games, but doesn't affect the characters on heroes. It's quite obvious, considering that heroes respects the canon relationships and couples. Pent and Louise, Marth and Caede, Alm and Celica, Sigurd and Deirdre, etc. You cannot change that

The way I see it, I can either trust some funny manga that exists outside of the game, or what I see in the game itself. I'm going with the latter. And it can "happen" because FEH isn't canon anyways, lol.
