If you guys are interrested, the game is called True Facials 3D. It's a Super Deepthroat-based 3D game on Undertow. You can get the demo and support HenryTaiwan on Patreon. You get lots of characters in the 0.39 version like Zelda, Ada wong, Samus, Mai, Mercy and Elizabeth

Seems limited to 6 positions, but I haven't really fucked with it that much.
