If hes on a sniper overwatch, why does he have sandbags all over the place? Especially because it looks like hes in a room with an unrealistically large and perfected open window. The sandbags would be an obvious hint that someone is up there. Next, he doesnt need permission to take a shot if hes on sniper overwatch. Because it is a Barrett sniper, this would be presumably taking place during the Iraq War, which began about a year after the Barrett was released as existent publicly in 2002. If this is so then it is likely an area in a city, because oftentimes snipers arent required in suburban areas unless the circumstances require it, in Iraq. Which of course would explain the window. Next, the angle from which he is taking the shot is horrible, whether or not he is shooting a target which is level and perpendicular to his altitude and location. If he is on overwatch, then whether or not targets know that the sniper/s is there, him talking would be enough for people to hear something, whether or not hes whispering. In general, he wouldnt make the shot, because the target would be alerted and move from the shooting range.

That's not all that's wrong with this guy. First up, he's firing the barrett with a single hand, which is a BIG no-no when it comes to sniping, as the other hand would be used to stabilize the gun. Putting the end of the barrel on sandbags does not remedy this problem, as sandbags are a somewhat slopped surface and would cause the gun to be unstable. On top of that, the kickback would not only send the barrett flying behind your head (further giving away your position), but the recoil from only using one hand would surely dislocate the shoulderblade. Moral of the story, kids, is don't be a dumbass on the sniper range, especially in open combat.
