More just having to do with China's laws on producing "violent and sexual" content and/or selling it apparently. The translated statement had some weird stylistic flourishes about protecting the image of a woman's body or whatever. I'll stand by the unpopular opinion that the dude wasn't hurting anyone by selling fetish art and it's just a less than free country deciding to employ some good old fashioned censorship. But even if you hate the artist there is zero reason to believe right now that the reason was anything to do with CP.
