Put one bread on a plate. From here on out, A1 will refer to putting 2 slices of roast beef, roast turkey, and honey glazed chicken on the sandwich. ^Adding on, I have hyper metabolism and adhd, which is why there is such a big sandwich. Basically I cannot get fat because I do a lot of activity and have hyper metabolism. I am basically always hungry. That sandwich has many calories.
